There will be four homework assignments worth 15% each and a cumulative final worth 40%, totaling 100%. Collaboration is allowed for homework, but the final is to be independent work with only legitimate (honorable) references permitted. Homework and the final should be submitted as a pdf scan, written legibly on white paper, one problem per page, to tbeatty@fgcu.edu by midnight of the published due date. Late submissions are subject to point reductions. One homework problem from each set will be graded at random, so to ensure full credit, each problem should be submitted. Partial credit is in effect. Please make sure your name is printed at the top of the first page.
